EIMOG ON MYSPACE

Some times you just need to slow down.  This, at times, can be dangerous.  On a busy street or sidewalk, you’ll either be trampled or run down – maybe even both.  Eimog, however, have mastered the slow release.  Sometimes they even forget the releasing part, bringing the listener through a kind of catharsis akin to merging galaxies.  Reminiscent of This Will Destroy You and Steve Reich at once, the Italian quartet climax without crescendos.  It is a feat that trigger-happy post-rockers would do well to remember.
